VIJAY MALLAYA ESCAPE: WHO IS TO BLAME?
With Indian banks claiming Rs 7030 Crores from him ; King Fisher Airlines employees crying for their salaries for the last two years , Vijaya Mallaya , the so called king of 'good Times' vanishes in the thin air and his lawyers do not know his whereabouts. Who is to blame for this magical rope trick? What a mockery of Indian laws and Indian government? It seems bank officials, Finance Ministry officials, airport authorities and police officials were in league with him.
Arun Jaitley has to do a lot of explaining to do. He knew about Vijay Mallaya's debt to the banks , yet his a Enforcement Directorate did not act in time to stall his escape. Chairman of the 13 banks too, seem to be involved. what were they doing all these years? Bankers are the main culprits. They all need to be put behind bars. No mercy to be shown to them for creating another Octavio Quottorochi !
The he present case by the banks is a mere formality and it would die its natural death and Vijaya Mallaya will enjoy his good times in London. What a shame? Why shouldn't government extradite hi, like it is doing for Lalit Modi. It would be a test of Narender Modi. If he does not get back Vijay Mallaya and throw him in the jail, the blame would squarely go toHim and Arun Jaitley.
Supreme Court should have more attention to such cases than wasting it's time on " Sri Sri Art of Living festival " on the Yamuna bed. Financial ecology is more important to the nation than politically motivated complaints. The legal system of the nation has to share this blame , too.
